Accounts

I forgot my password, what should I do?

On the login page, click on "Forgot Password" and the system will guide you through. If you are already logged in but cannot recall your password, kindly log out or click on "Forgot Password" and the system will prompt you to a next page which will allow you to reset the password.

If the problem could not be sorted, do not worry, you may contact customersupport@vettons.com or chat with us through our app.

How do I register for a Vettons account?

Registering or signing up for your own Account is for you to begin purchasing with us. You may register by downloading our app from App Store & Google Play.

How can I change the information on my account?

You may go to Account Settings > Edit Profile.

Product

What if I receive a product which is different from the description?

You can request for return within 7 calendar days from the delivery date. Vettons currently does not support Exchanges yet.

Order

How do I place my order on the app?

You can follow the shopping steps below to ease your experience with us:

1. Log in to the Vettons app
2. Choose your product
3. Add to cart
4. Confirm shopping cart
4. Checkout the item
5. Make payment
6. You will receive an order confirmation
7. Vettons delivers to your registered address

How do I add or amend my address ?

- Login to your application
- Click on Vettons (Top center)
- Proceed to amend the address and location
- Click Save

Can I register again after withdrawing the account?

You can only register a new account if you have passed the 1 month cycle date from the date you deactivated the account.

Payment

Is there COD payment option available?

At this moment, cash on delivery is not available as of yet. Hence all payments are to be made via online banking, crecit card or boost eWallet at the checkout page.

What payment methods are accepted by Vettons?

Vettons currently supports online banking, credit cards and Boost eWallet.
Other payment options will be available in the future.

Do i have to activate my debit card for online purchases?

Yes, you may call your bank to activate the online purchase feature.

How will I know if my payment is successful?

A notification email will be sent from Vettons regarding the order that you have just made.

I have a dispute with the refund calculation, how can you assist me?
